Most diet plans make eating right seem like a numbers game: Consume X calories and add Y exercise, and you will reach Z ideal weight. As most of us know, counting calories is the bane of every dieter’s existence.
But as obesity levels continue to skyrocket, it’s clear something’s not working. Some apps have made this struggle slightly easier but no one wants to think about calorie numbers on a daily basis.
