We all think that our shit don’t stink, but surprisingly we know little about our own poop.
The texture, shape and color of your poop can hint at things like dehydration, undetected illnesses and dietary deficiencies. If you’re excreting hard, pebbly poops, for example, you may be lacking in the fiber and fluid departments.
